In 2000, Two young classically trained chefs, Eddie and Jennifer, began working at a French Hotel in NYC. They became fast friends. They both had a passion for food, drink, culture and tradition. Both grew up in the five boroughs. Early on they were exposed to many different cuisines and cultures which sparked in each of them such a deep interest and a passion for cooking. Chef Eddie’s southern heritage is a big influence in our menu. Our southern specialties are authentic and home spun. We believe cooking comes from the soul. Each recipe has a story. We want every menu item to speak to you in a way that is unique and personal to you.
